Ten years ago, we moved our interior design headquarters from Washington, DC, to Boston, MA. To mark this milestone, the DADI team gathered for four days of introspection, brainstorming, and celebration. Dane enjoyed sharing what he loves about Boston with sightseeing tours on foot and water. Then we opened the doors to Maison des Lumieres and invited our clients, vendors, building partners, neighbors, friends, and family to join in the celebration.

The wonderful aspect of anniversaries is that they let you pause to remember all of the steps along the way. Dane Austin and his team have been blessed with recognition during the past decade in Boston, including awards, honors, publications, and opportunities to give back to the community.

When the DADI team gathered in September, we spent time discussing ways to improve every aspect of what we do. We also took time to get to know one another better and explore the city. Even for those of us who live here, seeing the city in new ways is always a thrill.
